I enjoyed the hotel's breakfast. The service was super and Khadija was very helpful. I also interacted with ladies serving coffee in the lobby. Joy and Mishka were perfect. The room was spacious and had full amenities.
The hotel itself is fine though the price gouging exploitative way in which they forced us to buy the Gala dinner was unethical.

i found the staff to be helpful and attentive . the valet parking service was very efficient and convenient. the breakfast selection had good variety and the quality was satisfactory. the location proved advantageous as it offered easy access to various attractions.

Inconsistent Service and Unexpected Charges

The breakfast buffet was acceptable with a variety of options.
I was surprised to find a locked cabinet containing the water boiler and fridge. This was inconvenient. The check-in process was not smooth. I called three days prior to arrange an early check-in at 12:00, confirmed, but upon arrival at 13:00, the room was not ready, forcing me to wait an additional hour in the lobby (after traveling from Oman!). A celebration cake ordered during check-in never arrived, a detail completely overlooked.
